How the bill behaves
Seats follow your team
Inviting somebody takes a seat and charges the rest of the month for it. Removing them gives it back at your next invoice. There is no quantity to set and nothing to remember.
Change plan whenever
Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the period. Moving down becomes credit against your next invoice. Neither takes a phone call.
Cancel and keep your data
Stopping leaves the workspace working until the period you have paid for runs out, and read only after that with everything still in it.

Three things are bought on top of a plan, and all of them are optional.
Staff and branches
Priced per person and per branch, per month, and taken automatically when you invite somebody or open a location.
Storage
For photographs and paperwork, when the paperwork outgrows what the plan includes: 30 GB for $6 per month, 100 GB for $15 per month.
Your own sending domain
Confirmations and invoices leave from an address at your domain rather than ours, for $20 a month. Included with Enterprise.

- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan opens with a 7 day free trial. Your card is taken at the start so nothing has to change on the day it ends, nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends means you are never charged at all.
- How are staff accounts priced?
- Per person, per month, and the count follows your team rather than being set in advance: inviting somebody takes a seat and charges the rest of the month for it, and removing them gives it back at your next invoice. Starter is a single user plan.
- How does billing work?
- Everything is monthly and there is no contract. Moving up a plan is charged straight away for the rest of the period, moving down becomes credit against your next invoice, and cancelling leaves the workspace working until the period you have paid for runs out, with your data still in it.
- How much can I store?
- Every plan includes storage for photographs and paperwork, and packs of 30 GB and 100 GB can be added when the paperwork outgrows it.
