Idle days

Idle days are days a vehicle was available to hire and was not hired, which is the direct inverse of utilisation.

Worth watching per vehicle rather than as a fleet total. One car with forty idle days is a different conversation from ten cars with four each: the first is a vehicle to sell, the second is ordinary slack.
